There are some biggest mistakes a bodybuilder makes.
The first mistake is not training hard enough. If you desire to increase muscular strength and size, you must work your muscle much harder. The second mistake is not training progressively. In order to stimulate further improvement, you must lift progressively heavier weights. The third mistake is doing too many sets and exercises. It is not about the volume of muscular work. It is more about the intensity of muscular work. Usually, we only have to do one hard set of only two exercise per major muscle group.
The fourth mistake is training too frequently. We must allow our body to get adequate time between workouts. So, our body will be able recover and adapt appropriately. The fifth mistake is not keeping a progress chart. The sixth mistake is using sloppy form. The seventh mistake is not training legs and not eating enough nutritious and quality food.
